Maria (Vandewel) Vanspronsen

VANSPRONSEN, Maria - At her residence peacefully on Thursday September 24, 2015 at Caressant Care, Woodstock in her 99th year. Beloved wife of the late Gerrit Vanspronsen (2000). Dear mother of Coby Keizer and her husband John of Burks Falls, Hendrika Hoekstra (late Jake 2010) of Woodstock, Mary Graaskamp (late Gary 2013) of Fergus, Gerda Hoekstra and her husband Durk of Woodstock, Edith (VanBlyderveen) Butts and her husband Barry of Woodstock and the late Abe Vanspronsen (2003). Beloved grandmother of many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Predeceased by her granddaughter Diana Graaskamp (1992) and grandson Matthew VanBlyderveen ( 2006). Maria and her late husband were long time members of Emmanuel Reformed Church, Woodstock. Friends are welcome to join the family at the Emmanuel Reformed Church, 170 Clarke St., Woodstock on Monday September 28, 2015 from 1:00 - 2:00 pm, where the funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm with Pastor Peter Burrill officiating. Interment to follow in the Presbyterian Cemetery.
