PETERS, Maria P. - Passed away peacefully at the United Mennonite Nursing Home in Vineland Ontario, on Thursday February 5th, 2015. Maria Peters, (nee van de Wolfshaar) beloved wife of the late Frank Peters (1999). Mother of Marlene (Tom) Knezevich and their children Nicole (Justin) Doiron and Lindsay, son Jo (Dianne) Peters and their children Scott (Lisa), Andrew (Miranda), Corrie (Ian) Bownick and Eryn, son Rudy (Donna) Peters and their children Chris (Laura), Greg (Alisha), Alysa (Josh) and Jessica, daughter Janet Peters, son Mark (Margie) Peters and their children Tara, Breanne (Marcel) Dou Roig, Amanda (Matt) Friede and Samantha, son Paul Peters and children Laura and Brian and son Jeff (Janice) Peters and children Justin (Kelly), Anthony, Brittney and Alex. Maria is survived by brothers and sisters in Holland and a sister in New Zealand along with numerous nieces and nephews in Canada, Holland, New Zealand and Australia. Maria will also be missed by her 18 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. The family wishes to extend deepest gratitude to the staff at the United Mennonite Home for the loving care she received. Friends are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Tuesday February 10th, 2015 for visitation from 10am-11am where the service will be held in the chapel at 11am.
