AMOS, Marguerite Ferne - At the Woodstock General Hospital on Monday October 24, 2011. Marguerite Ferne (nee Murray) Amos of RR# 1, Woodstock in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late Jacob Bruce Amos (1996). Dear mother of Janice Amos of Woodstock and Scott Amos and his wife Chris of Ayr. Loved grandmother of Danielle. Dear sister of Helen Murray of Ingersoll, Jean McBeth of Arthur and Dr. Lorne Murray of Ingersoll. Marguerite was a long time member of Chalmer's United Church, Woodstock. Friends will be received at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Thursday October 27, 2011 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday at 2:00 pm. Interment in the Harris St. Cemetery, Ingersoll. If desired, memorial contributions to the Woodstock General Hospital or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be appreciated.
