Maisie Margaret Cope

Cope, Maisie - Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at Sakura House on Thursday, August 9th 2018. Maisie Margaret Cope of London in her 71st year. Predeceased by her loving parents Frederick and Wilmae (nee McTavish) Cope. Beloved sister to Christine (Late Ron) Henderson and their children: Rhonda, Vicki, and Steven; Bill (Cathy) Cope and their children: David and Darren; Leone (Ken) Hammond and their children Brenda, Craig, Drew and Tyler; Dan Cope; and the late Murray Cope and his daughter Katherine, and her sister-in-law Marg. Maisie will also be missed by her many great nieces and nephews, and her great great niece Lucy. She will be remembered fondly by her many close friends. Maisie worked until her retirement in the president's office at the University of Western Ontario, was a long time employee of Howden hardware supplier, and was an active member of the London Crochet Club. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life for Maisie will be taking place at a later date.
