CYBULSKI, Maddalyn Jaymes - Passed away at the Woodstock Hospital on August 4, 2016. Beloved daughter of Jason and Victoria (nee Major) Cybulski. Dear sister to Paislee. Loved granddaughter of Tony and Joan Cybulski, Don and Wendy Major. Cherished great granddaughter of Wilma Cybulski, Lyle and Helen Statham, Betty Bendall, Marjorie Major, Ken Bendall and niece to Jenna Cybulski and Kyle Cybulski. Predeceased by her great grandfathers James Major and Jozeph Cybulski. A private interment service was held at Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery.
