Maartje Vandendool

VANDENDOOL - On Sept. 11, 2006 the Lord called home Maartje in her 77th year. Maartje is now celebrating with her husband John (predeceased 1975) in the company of her very dear friend and Savior Jesus Christ. John 14:3, "and if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am." She will be greatly missed by her children John (Clarinda), Simon (Shirley), Helena Nyland (John) and MaryJane Mazzacato (Michael) and will be sadly missed by her grandchildren John Jr., Jessica, James, Stephanie (David), Nathaniel, Matthew, Sean, Rene, Bryan, Ally, Michael and Helena. Friends will be received at the Maranatha Christian Reformed Church, 577 Norwich Ave., Woodstock on Thursday September 14, 2006 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, where the funeral service will be held on Friday at 11:00 am with Pastor Dirk Miedema officiating.
