M. Jean (Broome) Love

LOVE, M. Jean - At her residence surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday February 14th, 2012. M. Jean Love (nee Broome) of Woodingford Lodge, Woodstock and formerly of Grace Street Woodstock in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late Norman Weeks Love (1981). Dear mother of Donna (Bruce) Hilderley of Port Franks and Jack (Karen) Love of Ingersoll. Much loved grandmother of nine grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. Predeceased by her daughter Margaret (late Richard) Bigham, great grandson Joey, parents Thomas and Ethel (nee Knights) Broome, sister Marion Gillespie, and brother William Broome. Jean was a longtime member of Rose Rebekah Lodge #43, the Royal Canadian Legion Br.# 55 Woodstock Ladies Auxiliary and the last surviving member of the "Glamour Girls". The family will receive friends at the Brock and Visser Funeral home 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock 519-539-0004, on Saturday February 18th, 2012 after 1:00pm, where the complete funeral service will take place in the chapel at 2:00pm.
