Van MARRUM, Louw- Passed away peacefully at the Brampton Civic Hospital on Thursday, January 10th, 2018, in his 91st year. Beloved husband of Willempje "Willy" (nee Bergman). Loving father of Ron (Fonnie)Van Marrum and step-father to Klaas (Christine) DeJager, John (Floretta) Pomp, Dan (Ann) Henry, Louie (Jill) Van Marrum, Darwin (Jenny) Rice, and Caroline Van Marrum, and father-in-law to Robert Thompson. Cherished grandfather of Derek (Kelly-Ann) Van Marrum, Samantha (Troy) Thompson, Lee (Tiffany) Van Marrum, and Sabrina (Steve) Van Marrum. Dear brother to Anna DeJager and Jeltje Enzlin. Predeceased by his first wife Angenita Van Marrum, his daughter Margaret Thompson, nephew Bert Van Marrum, and his 5 brothers and his one sister. Louw will be greatly missed by his many great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Louw is a retired employee of Woodstock P.U.C. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the Covenant Christian Reformed Church, 410 Lansdowne Ave., Woodstock, on Tuesday, January 16th, 2018, from 1 to 2 pm, where the funeral service will be held in the chapel at 2:00 pm.
