Linda Darlene (Sillers) Ryall

RYALL, Linda Darlene (nee Sillers)- 72, of Thamesford, Ontario, passed away after a long illness on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at LHSC Victoria Hospital. Linda is survived by her husband Bob Ryall. Loving mother to Sherrilynn (Mark) and Stephen (Sandra). Beloved daughter of Dorothy Sillers and the late George Sillers. She will also be missed by her siblings Susie, Rosie, Bill (Carol), Cindy, and Jackie (Pete), brother in-law Allan, and her six grandchildren, Caitlyn, Michael, Alex, Chloe, Camryn, and Jamie Lynn. Linda was born and raised in London, Ontario where she met Bob in high school. They spent the next 54 years happily married. One of Linda’s favourite pastimes was golf, which she enjoyed all year round. She was a member of Cobble Hills and played at Bonita Fairway Golf Course in Florida. Linda’s three aces were some of her proudest accomplishments, which she was happy to share with any fellow male golfer.  Linda also loved driving to Florida with Bob in their motorhome where they were surrounded by their friends and fellow snowbirds. When in Florida Linda spent her time golfing, bowling, bicycling, boating and enjoying daily happy hour. “Linda Lou” could be seen driving her Camaro around town on every sunny day. Perhaps what made Linda happiest is the time she spent with her family. Summers of family barbeques and fun in the pool brought such enjoyment to Linda’s life. She was filled with joy to see her grandchildren, cook for everyone and watch them eat, drink, play, and laugh while telling Bob how to use the barbeque. Cremation has taken place and a private family celebration will take place at a later date.
