KRUG, Lillian "Lill" (nee Derkach) - Born in the province of Halychyna, Ukraine on May 24, 1905 passed away peacefully at Caressant Care, Woodstock on Saturday, November 4, 2006 in her 102nd year. Beloved wife of the late Flemming Krug (1982). Dear mother of Victoria "Vicky" Dutchak and her husband Carl of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan and Viola Allsopp and her husband Allin of Hanna, Alberta. Loved grandmother of several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Beloved aunt of Pauline Malan (Terry), Jack (Philamena), Merv (Cindy) and Walter Onafrychuk (Jen), Violet Ludington and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her daughter Mary Cave (1995), her sisters Dora Onafrychuk (1995) of Woodstock, Maria Kohut, Belle Nykolyshyn, Olena Zielinski and by her brothers George and Saffron Derkach. Lillian enjoyed life, laughter, fun, friends, dancing, jokes and was a longtime member of the Bethany Lutheran Church, and a past member of the Horticulture Society and the Moose Lodge, Woodstock. Friends and relatives may call at the R. D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave. Woodstock, (519-539-0004), on Monday, November 6, 2006 from 7-9 pm where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday at 11:00 am with Rev. Richard Holm officiating. Interment in the Presbyterian Cemetery.
