HALL - At Caressant Care Nursing Home on Saturday April 12, 2003. Lillian Hall (nee Leeper) formerly of Brompton Ave., Woodstock in her 84th year. Beloved wife of the late Elmer W. Hall (2003). Dear mother of Douglas of Edmonton, Alberta, David of Victoria, B.C. and Grace Dowden and her husband Richard of Kingston, Washington. Loved grandmother of Colleen Dowden, Jacqui Hall, Jenine Dowden and Rebecca Hall and great grandmother of Janessa Dowden. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brothers Herbert, Howard, Frank and Billy, her sisters Edith, Lila, Ella and Rita and by her daughter-in-law Susan Hall. Lillian was a weekly vendor at the Woodstock Farmers Market for many years. She was an active member of the Missions Circle with the East Oxford Baptist Church and also taught the vacation bible and Sunday school classes. Only recently has she became a member of First Baptist Church in Woodstock. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (539-0004) on Wednesday 2:30-4:30 and 7-9 pm where the funeral service will be held in the chapel Thursday at 11:00 am with Rev. James Davey officiating. Interment in the Burgessville Baptist Cemetery. Contributions to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the First Baptist Church would be appreciated.
