WILSON, Leola J. - Passed away at the Woodstock Hospital on Friday January 12, 2018 in her 96th year. Beloved wife of Charles "Charlie" R. Wilson for over 72 years. Dear mother of Elaine (late Peter) Hughes, Brenda (late David) Hough and Dora (Gary) Mote. Loved grandma to Ken and Cathy Hough, step-grandmother to Jeff, Patrick and Virginia Hughes, Chris Kannenberg and great grandma to Emma Hough. Loved sister to Alice (late Ross) Gunn and sister-in-law to; Art and Joyce Wilson, Bill and Mary Wilson, Marg (late James) Bell, Jean (late Glen) Howe, late John and late Beulah Wilson and late Don and late Betty Wilson. She will always be remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Monday January 22, 2018 from 6 - 8pm and again on Tuesday from 1 - 2pm prior to the service. The complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday January 23, 2018 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Bonnie Pilkey officiating. Interment later in the Burgessville Baptist Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions to the Music Therapy Fund at Alzheimer Society of Oxford or the Endoscopic Unit at Woodstock Hospital would be appreciated.
