Leila Doretha (Smith) Chambers

CHAMBERS- At the Woodstock General Hospital on Monday, August 28, 2006, Leila D. Chambers (nee Smith) in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Lloyd Alva Chambers (1993). Loved mother of Brian and his wife Valarie of Innerkip and Richard and his wife Sheri of Georgetown. Loving grandmother of Paul Chambers (Nancy) of Woodstock, Julie Hebert (John) of Windsor, David Chambers of Toronto and Jeffrey Chambers of Georgetown. Great grandmother "Cottage Grandma" to Lexie, Austin and Tobin Chambers and Sam and Sebastien Hebert. Sister-in-law of June Smith of Bridgewater N.S. Predeceased by her sister Alma Shelton and her brother Harley Smith. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Leila was the last surviving member of her family. Friends may call at the R. D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave. Woodstock, (519-539-0004) on Thursday August 31, 2006 after 1:00 pm where the complete memorial service will be held in the chapel on Thursday at 2:00 pm.
