Lee Roy Ingold

INGOLD- God has taken our beloved husband, father, and grandfather. Lee Roy Ingold, born in Delhi July 17, 1939, raised in Woodstock where he passed away at Woodstock General Hospital on Monday September 1st, 2003. Lee Roy was an avid fisherman and hunter, and an employee at Copperweld (Standard Tube Ltd.) for over 40 years. Beloved husband of Ivy Ingold (nee Jaques). Dear son of Violet Miller and the late Russell Ingold and late stepfather Kenneth Miller. Loved father of Carolyn Ebel and her husband Jeff, and Brad and his wife Tracey all of Woodstock. Dear grandfather of Cassandra and Colton Ebel, and Easton and Clayton Ingold. Sadly missed by his sisters Lorraine Gillett, and Doreen Courts and her husband Norm all of Woodstock, his brothers and sisters -in-law Gord Rodwell, Bill and Gail Jaques, Maurice Jaques, Rosy Fishback and Tony Geisen, Walter and Virginia Jaques, Cecil and Betty Ann Jaques, John and Mary Lou Jaques and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother Samuel Ingold, sister Esther Rodwell, and brother-in-law Stan Gillett. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (539-0004) on Tuesday 7-9 pm, Wednesday 2:30-4:30 & 7-9 pm where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday at 1:30 pm with Pastor Peter Grogan officiating. Interment in Chesterfield Cemetery. Contributions to the Woodstock General Hospital and Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
