McKay, Mike - At his residence on Friday November 2nd , 2012. Lawrence "Mike" McKay of Stratford, formerly of Woodstock in his 64th year. Beloved husband of Patricia Marie McKay (nee Stephenson) for 43 years. Much loved father of Cathy (Dave) Flinsenberg of Woodstock, Brian (Angela) McKay of Palm Coast, Florida. Cherished grandfather to Joshua and Abby; Tyler and Austin. He will be missed by several siblings and their families. Mike had been working in the trucking industry for many years and a past employee of Holland Hitch and FMC. Mike loved his music, travelling, spending time with family and taking care of his bee hives. Predeceased by his granddaughter Emily and his brother Leo. Friends will be received at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Tuesday November 6th 2012 from 7-9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Trinity Church,904 Dundas Street., Woodstock on Wednesday, November 7th 2012 at 11:00am with Father Tony Laforet officiating.
