LAKE, Lawrence "Larry" - At the Woodstock Hospital on Wednesday June 4, 2014. Lawrence "Larry" Morgan Lake in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Gwenyth "Gwen" Elinor Lake (nee Shore). Dear father of Chris Lake (Dara-Jane), Jacqui Lake, Roberta Lake and Stephen Lake. Cherished grand -father of Luke Reda, Kaylee Reda, Samantha Lake, Jack Lake, Sean Lake and Kyle Lake. Dear brother of Gwen Brown (Doug) and brother-in-law of Nora Lake. Larry is also survived by many nieces, nephews and a very large extended family. Predeceased by his brothers Mert Lake, Jack Lake, Ron Lake and his sister Kathleen Tobias. Larry was Past President and Vice-President of V.B. King's companies: Truck Engineering, Pneuveyor and King Seagrave. Larry was actively involved with Tai-Chi, the Southgate Centre, Rotary Club of Woodstock, Probus Club, United Way and was a social member of Craigowan Golf Club. Larry loved to talk, was very friendly and was a professional acquaintance. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
