Lauren Breanne Hornyak

HORNYAK, Lauren Breanne - Passed away suddenly at home on Wednesday June 6, 2018 in her 14th year. Beloved daughter of Susan Hornyak. Dear niece of Mary Hornyak and Jerry (Linda) Hornyak. Loved cousin of Carly. Also survived by many extended family members and friends. Lauren was a student at St. Michael's Catholic Elementary School and danced with the Woodstock Co-Operative Dance School. Friends are invited to meet with the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004) on Monday June 11, 2018 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm. The memorial service will be held at Holy Trinity Catholic Parish, 1420 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock on Tuesday June 12, 2018 at 11:00 am.
