REMINGTON, Larry - Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Sakura House, Woodstock on Monday August 8, 2016 in his 77th year. Beloved husband of Carolyn P. (nee Wilson) Remington for over 54 years. Dear father of Brad and his wife Connie, Kim Faccenda and her husband Albert and Bryan and his wife Carrie. Loved grandfather of Erin, Brynn, Ashley, Amanda, Marcus, Brosnan, Ayden and Taylor. Dear brother of Marion (late Bill) Gillespie, Karen (Jack) Love, Wayne (Sandy) Remington, Bill (Sue) Remington, Rosemary (late Brandon) Praught, Janice (Tom) Strickler, Brenda (Clare) Smith and brother-in-law to Deanna (late Al) Mosley, Roger Wilson and Doug Cain. Predeceased by his sister-in-law Heather Cain. Larry was a former member of the Oxford Home Builders Assoc., Woodstock Kinsmen Club, Woodstock Curling Club and was an active member of the OCNVA (Navy Club) and the Royal Canadian Legion Br. #55, Woodstock. A private family service will be held at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, Woodstock, 519-539-0004. Interment in the Innerkip Cemetery.
