Kirk Miller Scheifele
October 7, 1949 — April 22, 2022
Kirk Miller SCHEIFELE peacefully passed away in Woodstock Hospital on April 22, 2022 at the age of 72. Beloved brother of Lucine McKay (Gary) Simcoe, and Grant Scheifele Waterloo. Predeceased by older brother Bruce Scheifele (2021) and his parents Walter and Georgina Scheifele all of Kitchener. Father to Kyle and Kevin and uncle to nephews Brent McKay, Steven, Scott and Mark Scheifele and Brock and Brad Scheifele. Predeceased by niece Christine McKay-Klein. (2018)
Kirk was educated as a mining engineer, worked many years at nickel mines in Sudbury and then returned back to the area to managed the gypsum mine in Drumbo. Kirk retired as a loyal and dedicated employee of Kuntz electroplating in Kitchener.
His family wishes him peace and are thankful he was a part of our lives.
Cremation has taken place.
