KING- Kenneth Curtis King, formerly of Woodstock, passed away peacefully on Saturday March 24, 2007 surrounded by his loving family and beloved wife Pearl, who passed away only hours after, at University Hospital, London, in his 82nd year. Dear father of Wendy Harte-Maxwell (Dan) of London, Debra Kavcic (Peter) of St. Thomas, Karen Russell (Rob), and Christine Koustrup (Michael) all of London. Loving grandfather of Peter, Matthew, Francessca Kavcic, Brianna and Curtis Russell, and Derik Koustrup. Dear brother of Dave King (Mabel) of Thessalon, Helen Farrar of Waterloo, Don King, Harry King (Annice) all of Woodstock. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sister Edna Morris. Ken was employed for several years with Standard Tube and Timberjack before opening his own upholstery business in 1975. Friends will be received at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Wednesday March 28, 2007 from 2:30 - 4:30 and 7-9 pm. A celebration of Ken's life will take place in the funeral home chapel on Thursday at 11:00 am with Rev. J.C. Sorzano officiating. Interment in the Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery.
