KARN- Peacefully at Alexandra Hospital Ingersoll, on Tuesday September 8th, 2009. Kenneth C. Karn of Sweaburg in his 81st year. Beloved husband of Betty Anne Karn (nee Hebert). Dear father of Lynda Karn of Toronto, Debra (Nick) Antoncic of Hamilton, Beverly Karn of Woodstock, Chris (Dianne) Karn of Woodstock, Kate Karn (Greg Shanks) of Toronto, and Kevin Karn of Sweaburg. Loved grandfather of Claire, Eleanor, Evelyn, Karl, Addison, Charlotte, Olivia and Rachel. Ken is survived by his brother Lawrence Karn of Woodstock, and sister Mary Jull of Norwich. Predeceased by his parents Elmer and Irene Karn, and his two brothers Robert and Howard Karn. Ken served in the Navy and was a was a life member and Past President of the Royal Canadian Legion in Beachville, the Past President of the Beachville Historical Society and life member of Sweaburg United Church. Friends may call at the Longworth Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock 519 539 0004 Friday 2 - 4 and 7-9 pm. A memorial service will be held at Sweaburg United Church Saturday at 10:30 am with Rev. Liz Lemon officiating. Interment Sweaburg Cemetery.
