HAMMERTON, Keith - At his residence on Saturday November 29th, 2014. Keith Hammerton of Woodingford Lodge in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Eileen Hammerton (nee Gilbert) for over 64 years. Dear father of Lori (Brian) Armstrong, Murray (Jane) Hammerton and Sheilah Hammerton. Cherished grandfather of Chris (Kelly) Armstrong, Lisa (Sean) Brohman, Sarah (Eddie Crawford) Hammerton, James (Romney) Hammerton and Thomas (Vinka Pirslin) Hammerton as well as five great grandchildren. Keith is survived by his sisters-in-law Dorothy Hammerton and Vivian (Walter) Tanti, along with many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Roy and Gertrude (nee Culham) Hammerton and his brother Murray Hammerton (1999). Keith was a longtime member and Past Master of King Solomon's Lodge# 43 A.F. & A.M. Friends will be received at the Brock & Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock 519-539-0004, on Tuesday December 2nd, 2014 from 2-4pm & 7-9pm. A private family service will be held at a later date. Interment in the Sweaburg Cemetery. If desired, contributions to the Woodingford Lodge - Palliative Care, Alzheimer's Society of Oxford County, or a charity of one's choice would be appreciated.
