TOTH, Julius - Peacefully at Bonnie Brae Nursing Home Tavistock, on Saturday March 24th, 2012. Julius Toth in his 91st year. Beloved husband of Louise Toth (nee Kish) for over 69 years. Loving father of Shirley (Albert) Ficzere of Burlington, Edward (Judy) of Eastwood, Larry (Judy) of London, Diane (John) Riach of St. Marys, Joseph (Audrey) and Julius (Lynda) all of Woodstock. Dear grandfather of Jim (Sheryl), Chris (Melissa), Nathan (Sarah-Jane); Jason (Annette), Jaqueline (Jeff), Jeremy (Angela); Jennifer (Jeff), Alison (Mike); Tanya (Bill), Shawn, Stephanie (Scott); Heather (Jason), Angela, Sarah (Jay); Tyler, Shannon, Jennifer, Mike (Marisa); and 21 great grandchildren. Predeceased by his infant son Alexander, son David (2009), parents Alexander and Theresa (nee Heller) Toth, as well as his brothers John, Alexander, and Mike, and sisters Helen, Mary, Elizabeth and Jolan. Julius is also survived and will be sadly missed by his sisters-in-law Margaret Toth, Elsie Coleman, Doris Kish and Mary Chute, as well as several nieces, and nephews. Julius was born in Hungary on June 22, 1921. At the age of 6 he immigrated to Canada and settled in Spiritwood Saskatchewan. Julius moved from Saskatchewan to Ontario in 1938. In 1939 he met Louise Kish and they married June 20, 1942. They settled in Blenheim Twsp where they farmed on the 4th concession. In 1950 they bought and moved to the farm on the 2nd concession where they grew tobacco. Together they raised seven children. Julius was a faithful member of Sacred Heart Parish Church in Princeton for 61 years. There he belonged to the men's dart club for several years, where they played in the church basements. Julius won many dart championships with his cherished dart partners, young and old. He was affectionately known in the dart club as Kernel Corn. Julius has cultivated many loving friendships over the years. He greatly loved his dearest family and many friends. He was a dedicated and loving husband to his wife Louise of 69 years. Julius was very proud of his children and extremely proud of his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Where they shared their loving and long life together. He will always be loved and missed. The family will receive friends at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock 519-539-0004, on Tuesday March 27, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. The Mass of the Christian Burial will take place at Holy Trinity Catholic Parish on Wednesday March 28, 2012 at 11:00am. Interment in the Princeton Cemetery.
