Hart, Judith (Judy) Ann (nee McLeod)

February 3rd, 1943 – April 20th, 2022

Passed away peacefully at home in her 80th year.  Loving mother to Shari McKitterick (Terry) of Beamsville, ON, Craig Hart (Cyd) of Wisconsin, and Paul Hart (Sherry) of Woodstock.  Cherished grandmother of Brett, Alex, Ty, and Braeden.  She is survived by her brother David McLeod and sister Susan Deadman (Dave), as well as many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.  Judy was predeceased by her daughter Lori Hart, her mother DeVina McLeod, and husband Tom Hart.  Judy was a hardworking longtime employee of Oxford Shopping News, Century 21, and Cheshire Homes.  Judy was a loving wife and devoted mother who ensured the kids never did without.  Judy excelled in many endeavours and was known for her love of gardening, her decorating talent, her joy of shopping, and giving trinkets to friends and family.  She also had a love of travel and made many great friends along the way.   Her family would like to extend their thanks to Dr. Karen Fryer, and all the nurses and RPNs of Care Partners and the rock stars of E Shift who worked tirelessly to keep Mom comfortable at home.  Your efforts will not be forgotten.  A special thanks goes to her daughter-in-law Sherry, who took time off work to be Mom’s primary caregiver while at home.  Friends are invited to meet with the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004) on Monday, April 25th, 2022, from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. followed by interment at Hillview Cemetery, Woodstock at 4:30 p.m. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.  We thank everyone who had an impact on Mom’s life and helped make her the person that she was.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Care Partners Woodstock or the Canadian Cancer Society.  Personal online donations at www.brockandvisser.com
