Joshua Edward "Ted" Richardson

RICHARDSON, JOSHUA EDWARD (Ted) - Peacefully at Park Lane Terrace, Paris on November 25th, 2012 in his 95th year. Loving husband of Agnes. Dear father of Jean (Tom) and Bob (Marg). Cherished grandfather of Karen (Tim), Eric (Lore), and Greg (Kim). Great grandfather to Cole, Haley, Mitchell, and Maria. Survived by his sister Mildred (Richardson) and brother Harvey. Predeceased by sisters Ruth Rand and Elsie Wright. Ted is survived by several nieces and nephews. Born in West Zorra Township, Ted grew up and farmed for most of his life in North Oxford Township. He served as a member of the RCAF ground crew from 1942 - 1945. He was also an active community and church volunteer and member of the Thamesford and Woodstock Masonic Lodges. The family will receive friends at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004) for the visitation on Thursday, November 29th, 2012 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm only, where the complete memorial service will be held in the chapel on Friday at 11am. Cremation has taken place. Interment later in the Banner Cemetery, Ingersoll.
