VANDERVECHT, Joseph A. - At Sakura House, Woodstock on Sunday March 12, 2017 in his 49th year. Cherished son of the late George and Tina (nee Harlaar) Vandervecht. Dear brother of Peter, Homer, Annette (late John) Zeyl, late Diane (Rudy) Fluit, Wilfred (Nicky) Vandervecht, Margaret (late Richard) Ball, Gary and is survived by his many nieces and nephews. Joe loved playing the bag pipes and playing for his audience in front of Tim Horton's on Devonshire Ave. He was a member of the Huntingford Highlanders for over 25 years. Joe will always be remembered for his good nature and easy going attitude. A grave side service to honour Joe's life will be held at Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery, Hwy #2 west of Woodstock on Friday March 17, 2017 at 2:30 pm with Rev. Andrea Allan officiating.
