DARVAS - At the Woodstock General Hospital on Monday January 21, 2008. Joseph Darvas of Canterbury St., Woodstock in his 85th year. Beloved husband of Irmgard (nee Witzke) Darvas for over 45 years. Dear friend of Walburga Pruellage and her husband Joseph of Brantford. Predeceased by his sister-in-law Hilde Witzke (2007). Joseph had been a member of the Bethany Lutheran Church for over 10 years. A memorial service to celebrate Joseph's life will be held at the Bethany Lutheran Church, 175 Springbank Ave., Woodstock on Thursday January 24, 2008 at 3:00 pm with Reverend Richard Holm officiating.
