AFONSO, Jose De Melo - Passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, September 8, 2020, in his 89th year. Beloved husband of Maria Suzette (nee Pacheco). Loving father of Joe (Ann), Fernando (Brenda), and Nancy (Mark) Janssen. Cherished grandfather of Jenn, Joey (Samantha), Matt, Nathan (Nancy), Adrian, Jesse, late Calvin, Amber, Myra and great grandfather of Lowen, Emmeline, Scarlett, Ella and Adel. Dear brother of late Manuel (Conceicao) DeMelo Pacheco, Margarida (Manuel) Rodrigues, late Angelica (Jose) DeMelo, Fatima (Jose Luis) DeMelo Cordeiro, Francisco (Natalia) DeMelo, Herculana (Duarte) DeMelo and Jaime (Nelia) DeMelo. Jose will be lovingly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Friends are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home,  845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Friday September 11, 2020 from 4 - 7 pm.
