STEVENS - At his residence on Wednesday July 9 , 2003. John Edwin "Ed" Stevens of Woodstock in his 84th year. Beloved husband of the late Alberta Jean Stevens (2002). Dear father of Jim and his wife Vermell of Verschoyle, Donald and his wife Loretta of London and Keith and his wife Joan of Woodstock. Loved grandfather of Leslie Poole, Jacquelyn Stevens, Anne Stephen and her husband Tom, Deborah Bryant and her husband Stephen, Ian Stevens and his wife Frances and Mark Stevens. Dear great grandfather of Derrek and Victoria Poole, Scott and John Stevens and Simon Bryant. Brother of Roy Stevens and his wife Yvonne, Doreen Showers and her husband Ken and Don Stevens and his wife Evelyn all of Toronto. Predeceased by his parents and brother Victor. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (539-0004) on Friday 2:30-4:30 and 7-9 pm where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday July 12, 2003 at 11:00 a.m with Vermell Stevens officiating. Interment in the Anglican Cemetery. Contributions to the Woodstock General Hospital Building Fund would be appreciated.
