SCHELL, John Malcolm - After a courageous battle at Woodstock General Hospital on Wednesday February 8, 2012. John Malcolm Schell of Woodstock in his 74th year. Beloved husband of Mary K (nee Horton) Schell for over 49 years. Dear father of Kim Schell - Micoli and her husband Rob, Tracey Zilke and her husband Brian all of Woodstock. Loved grandfather of Jared, Bradley, Andrew and Kyle. Dear brother of Marilyn McLean (Ross), Dorothy Jean Moore (Carl) and brother-in-law to Mary Schell and Rudy Lobel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by his parents Norman and Dorothy and also pre-deceased by Norman, Walter (Sue) and Anne. John was an avid model railroader, a member of the Buffer's Model Railroad Club, a past member of the Oxford Home Builder's Assoc., Aggregate Producer's Assoc. and a past member of King Solomon's Lodge #43 A.F. & A.M. Woodstock. A private family service will be held at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004.
