John Michael "Jack" Fogarty

FOGARTY, John Michael "Jack" - Passed away peacefully with loving family by his side, on Sunday April 7, 2013 at the age of 78. He was the loving brother of Kay Masters of Woodstock and father of Valerie and Michelle. Dearly loved partner of 28 years, Norma Fleming and her family Pat Lamb (Jeff), Simone Craib (Harold), Christine Reczuch (John), and Yvonne Miles (Garold). Jack will also be missed by his 10 grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents Frank and Agnes Fogarty and brothers Joseph and Patrick Fogarty. At his Request, cremation has taken place and a private family graveside service will be held at a later date at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
