DAVIS- Peacefully with his family at his side at the Woodstock General Hospital on Wednesday March 29, 2006. John H. Davis of Embro in his 66th year. Beloved husband of Carla Davis (nee Brandenburg). Loved father of Jeanette Eaton and her husband Brian and Kevin Davis and his wife Angie all of Woodstock. Loved Papa John of Brandon, Ryan, Connor and Haleigh. Dear brother of Fred (Nancy) Davis, Phyllis Kiertucki and her friend Morris Skinner, Donna Cronkwright and her friend Don Sharpe, Stewart (Josephine) Davis and brother in-law of Sandy (Corrie) Starratt. Loved uncle of numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Marjory and Stewart Davis, brothers Mel Davis (2004), David Davis (2005), brothers-in-law Henry Kiertucki, Floyd Cronkwright and two nephews and a great niece. Friends may call at the R. D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (539-0004) on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 11:00 am with Pastor Richard Holm officiating.
