TOVEY, Joan - At the Alexandra Hospital, Ingersoll on Thursday April 21, 2016. Joan Oriel Mary (nee Smith) Tovey in her 89th year. Beloved wife of the late Reginald "Reg" Tovey (2001). Dear mother of Glenn (Dianne) Tovey and Deb (Brian) Walsh. Loved grandmother of Richard, John (Jaimie Lee) Walsh, Angela Walsh and Caileigh Walsh. Dear sister of Ivy (Fred) Billings and sister-in-law to Evelyn Smith and Sid Huddy. Predeceased by her sister Anne and by her brother Jack. Joan along with her husband were avid golfers, bowlers and enjoyed spending her Friday lunch dates with her special group of friends at the Navy Club. Friends are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Thursday April 28, 2016 from 12:30 - 1:30 pm. A memorial service will be held in the chapel at the funeral home on Thursday at 1:30 pm with Rev. David Joyce officiating. Cremation has taken place.
