Joan Elizabeth (Gray) Ridd

RIDD - At her residence on Tuesday, July 7, 2009, Joan Elizabeth Ridd (nee Gray) of Woodingford Lodge, Woodstock, in her 74th year. Beloved wife of Ron for nearly 53 years. Cherished mother of Ron Ridd (Janice) of Calgary, Randy Ridd and Terri Newell both of Woodstock. Joan will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Ryan, Brad, Bob, Connor, Mackenzie and Brittany. Dear sister of Cathy Moffatt (Ron) of Newmarket. Joan is also survived by her cousin Rosemary Anthony (Brian) of Brampton, as well as her sister-in-law Carol Debney (Reg) of Innisfil and brother-in-law Ken Ridd (Joan) of Bolton. Friends will be received at the Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004) on Wednesday, July 8, 2009 from 7-9 pm and Thursday, July 9, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm where the funeral service will be held in the chapel Friday, July 10, 2009 at 11:00 am with Father Richard Dales officiating.
