BATTLEY, M. Joan - Passed away at her home on Tuesday October 24, 2017. Margaret Joan Battley of Caressant Care Woodstock in her 75th year. Beloved daughter of the late Muriel (nee Eltom) Battley-Welch and the late Wilfred Welch. Dear niece to her "Best Uncle" Jim Aspden. Joan was lovingly cared for by many family members, supported by her loving church family, enlightened by her many friends at W.D.D.S. and cherished by the staff at Caressant Care, Woodstock. She will be sadly missed by many dear friends and family. A celebration of Joan's life will take place at Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004) on Monday October 30, 2017 at 11:00 am with Pastor Doug Anderson officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment in the Baptist Cemetery.
