VAN MEER, James Peter Cornelious "Jim" - Passed away at the VON Sakura House on Friday April 24, 2015 in his 62nd year. Beloved husband of Deb Dubinsky. Dear father of Tracy (T.J.) McNamara, Andrew Van Meer, Rachel Dubinsky, Brett Dubinsky and Nikolas Paschenko. Cherished grandfather of Bentley McNamara. Dear brother of Bob (Bev) Van Meer, Liz (George) Hardeman, Anne (David) Martin, Gary (Arlene) Van Meer, Ben Van Meer, Mary (John) Hogervorst, Helen (Guy) Fraser and the late Joanne McDonald (nee Van Meer). Jim will also be missed by his many nieces and nephews. Jim was an avid outdoors man and lived life to the fullest, and enjoyed working many years for the Thames Valley District School Board. Friends are invited to meet with the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004) on Saturday May 2, 2015 from 10-11am, where the memorial service will be held in the chapel at 11am.
