BARZO- Peacefully at the Woodstock General Hospital on Thursday, May 29, 2008. James (Jim) Barzo of Woodstock and formerly of Tillsonburg in his 83rd year. Beloved partner of Ada Bell. Dear father of Pat Merrifield and her husband Scott of London, Lynda Mayer of Los Angeles, Larry Barzo and his partner Brenda of Brussells, David Barzo and his wife Joanne of Kitchener. Loved grandfather of Lindsay Merrifield (Liam), Kate Greenwood (Lee), Gillian and Jane Merrifield; Keaton Mayer; Alanna and Marissa Barzo. Also survived by Ada's son Michael Bell and his wife Sherry and their children Ashley, Dawson and Kelsey. Survived by his sisters Julia Bertel, Mary Foris and by brothers Simon, John and Joe Barzo and their families. Predeceased by Ada's daughter Linda Toner. Jim was a member of the Lions Club of Woodstock as well as an avid golfer and curler. Friends may call at the Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004) on Wednesday, June 4, 2008 from 7-9 pm where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday at 12:00 pm with Rev.
