Jessie Kathleen (Hooper) Nichols

NICHOLS- Peacefully at VON - Sakura House on Sunday, October 10th, 2010. Jessie K. Nichols (nee Hooper) of Woodstock in her 101st year. Beloved wife of the late Harry L. Nichols (1973). Dear mother of Bill (Janette) Nichols of RR # 1 Woodstock and Mary (Brian) Osmond of Ingersoll. Loved grandmother of David (Karen) Nichols, Dan (Cheryl) Nichols, Rob (Dawn) Osmond, Trish (Leroy) Blancher and great grandchildren Kyle, Savannah, Landon, Mason, Ben, Grace and Hudson. Survived by her stepson-in-law Albert Haight and his children Mary Lee, Bob and Michael of the United States. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Jessie was a life member of the Order of the Eastern Star as well as a life member of Old St. Paul's Anglican Church. Predeceased by her sister Beatrice Mitchell and step-daughter Bernice Nichols. A private family service was held at the Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004) on Tuesday, October 12th, 2010. Interment took place at the Burgessville Baptist Cemetery. If desired, contributions may be made to Old St. Paul's Anglican Church or VON-Sakura House.
