Jeanie "Jean" (Freckleton) Robertson

ROBERTSON, Jean - Passed away peacefully at her residence on November 27, 2013. Jean Robertson (nee Freckleton) of Woodingford Lodge Woodstock in her 93rd year. Jean was a former resident of Mississauga, Ontario. Jean was born in Kilmarnock, Scotland to Joseph and Jean (nee Wright) Freckleton. She married Gavin Houston Robertson and had two children Frank and Joyce. After immigrating to Canada she worked for Neilsons Chocolates for 31 years. Jean was preceded in death by her husband and daughter. Left to cherish her memories is her son Frank and his wife Linda, grandchildren Katherine, Frances, Gavina, Amanda, Angie, great grandchildren Emily, Zachary, Jessica, Eveangeline, Gavin, Legion, Amanda, Shayney and great great grandchildren Nixon, Ellia and Sean. Also survived by her special friend Violet Maggs. We would like to thank the staff of Woodingford Lodge for their exceptional care they provided to Jean over the years. All those who knew her loved her and were better for knowing her. A special thank you to Karen Searles for her continuous love and support. As per Jean's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service to celebrate Jean's life will be held at a later date.
