HUIZINGA- Peacefully at the Woodstock General Hospital on Friday August 12, 2005. Jeanette Huizinga (nee VanderMeulen) of Woodstock in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of the late Edward Huizinga (2000). Loved mother of Frances Bouwers and her husband Henk, Gilbert and his wife Helen, Betty Barwegen and her husband Rienk, Anne Oosterhuis and her husband Gary, Harry and his wife Emmie, Katherine Oosterhuis and her husband Stuart, Linda Large and Bob Calamatto, Sylvia Booy and her husband Steve, Louise Maas and her husband Arend and Edward and his wife Dawn. Dear grandmother of 30 grandchildren and 39 great grandchildren and sister of Ann Kroll, Mac VanderMeulen and his wife Catherine, George VanderMeulen and his wife Greta and Herman VanderMeulen and his wife Gerda. Predeceased by her granddaughter Lori (1979), by her brothers Sidney , Ralph and Elle. Friends were received at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., (519) 539-0004 on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at the Maranatha Christian Reformed Church, 577 Norwich Ave., Woodstock on Monday August 15, 2005 at 11:00 am with Pastor Ralph Koops officiating.
