Jean Margaret (Hanmer) Byers

BYERS-At her residence on Friday September 9, 2005. Jean Margaret Byers (nee Hanmer) of Tobin Place, Woodstock in her 76th year. Beloved wife of the late John "Jack" Edward Byers (2002). Dear mother of John and his wife Gaye and Mark and his wife Julie all of Woodstock and Robert and his friend Diane of Brantford. Loved grandmother of Brandon, Justin and Lindsey. Dear sister of Mary Stienstra and her husband Lou of Toronto and Clara McLaughlin and her husband Tommy of Long Point. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brother Kirk Hanmer. Jean was an avid golfer and member of Craigowan Golf and Country Club for many years. Cremation will be taking place. An open house and luncheon will be held at her residence on Saturday September 17, 2005 from 1 - 5 pm. A memorial service will be held at St. John's Anglican Church in Otterville on Sunday September 18, 2005 at 2:30 pm with Rev. Zena Attwood officiating. Interment to follow in the Otterville Cemetery.
