BURTON - Peacefully at the Woodstock General Hospital on Monday January 10, 2005. Jean Winnifred Burton (nee Meatherall) of Woodingford Lodge, Woodstock and formerly of RR# 6, Woodstock in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late J. Wilbur "Wib" F. Burton (1999). Loved cousin of Jack and Gwen Hutchison of Thamesford, Bob and Joyce Hutchison and Doug and Alice Hutchison all of Ingersoll and survived by her many nieces and nephews. Jean was a longtime member of the Hickson United Church and the Women's Institute. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 539-0004, on Saturday January 15, 2005 after 2:30 pm, where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 3:30 pm with Rev. Keith Sutherland and Rev. Irene Richardson officiating. Interment later in the Ingersoll Rural Cemetery. Contributions to the Woodingford Lodge Building Fund would be appreciated.
