McCarty - At her residence on Thursday May 4, 2006. Jayne M. McCarty (nee Harris) of Woodingford Lodge in her 90th year. Beloved wife of the late Harold G. McCarty (2000). Dear mother of Rodger and his wife Bertha of Virginia, Edward of Florida, Richard and his wife Patricia of Minnesota and Barbara McCarty of Florida. Loved grandmother of seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Predeceased by her brothers William and Raymond. Jayne was a past member of the "Sweet Adelines" and played the flute with the Woodstock Orchestra. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock , 539-0004 on Monday May 8, 2006 from 7-9 pm, where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday at 11:00 am. Interment in the Ingersoll Rural Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Multiple Sclerosis Society would be appreciated.
