WETTLAUFER, Jay D. - Passed away at the Woodstock Hospital on Sunday June 21, 2015 in his 53rd year. Beloved husband of Jackie (nee McAllister) Wettlaufer. Loved father to Billy Verhoef and Jimmy Wettlaufer. Dear son of Norma Wettlaufer and Jim Wettlaufer. Loved brother of Jack (Julie) Wettlaufer, late Jim Wettlaufer, Marlene Wettlaufer. Dear son-in-law of Carol (late Douglas) McAllister and brother-in-law of Suzanne Kamstra, Patty (Tom) Swarts, Steven (Tracy) McAllister, Sue Lyons, Sandra (late Brian) Wolfe, late Bill McAllister and Mike Fuhr. Jay is also survived by many nieces and nephews and will always be remembered by the many "Al's" out there who are the Bruthas from a different Mutha and the Sistas from a different Mista. Friends are welcome to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Wednesday June 24, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, where the complete memorial service will be held in the chapel on Thursday at 11:00 am with Pastor Jason Gervais officiating. Cremation has taken place. If desired, memorial contributions to the Ronald McDonald House, Children's Hospital L.H.S.C. Pediatric Oncology Unit or the Lansdowne Children's Charity Ride would be appreciated.
