Janet Mae (Aitken) Tattersall

TATTERSALL, Janet M. ( November 9, 1930 - November 12, 2016) - At Woodstock General Hospital on Saturday November 12 2016 at 1:20 pm, three days after her 86th birthday, Janet (Jennet ) Mae Tattersall (nee Aitken) of Woodstock Ontario. Beloved Mother of Jackie Underhill and her husband Bob, Michael Tattersall, Craig Tattersall and his wife Patty-Ann, Stephen Tattersall and his fiancée Shelly Karges, Margaret Palmer and her husband Tim, Sharon Swarts and her husband Steve and the youngest child, Carol Tattersall. Survived by her beloved sister and housemate Marguerite "Deet" Aitken of Woodstock. Pre-deceased by her daughter, Catherine "Cathy" Diane Tattersall, (November 12, 1959 - April 13, 2012) her sisters Ina Reinhart and husband Mervin Reinhart and Eileen Darderian and husband George Darderian, as well as her parents Elizabeth (Prentice) and John Aitken. Lovingly remembered by 15 Grandchildren and 18 Great-grandchildren. Janet is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. The Tattersall clan would also like to thank the many health care workers who have taken care of our mother over the years. Their hard work and dedication was and is much appreciated. A special mention goes out to an extra special person, Sylvia Sutherland, who was there for our Mother year after year. Our family wishes to thank you for your kindness and support. No words can completely convey the difference you made our mothers life. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making our Mothers life more comfortable.
