James Charles "Jim" Truscott

TRUSCOTT, James "Jim" C. - At the Woodstock Hospital on Wednesday January 6, 2015. James "Jim" Charles Truscott in his 72nd year. Beloved husband of Claudia F. (nee Utting) for over 38 years. Dear father of James "Jim" Truscott and Dean Truscott. Loved grandfather of Erin, Amy, Andrew Truscott, great grandfather of Marcus Smith and will be remembered by his daughter-in-law Kathy Truscott. Dear brother of Fred (Ramona) Truscott, Beverley-Ann (Jack) Carter and David (Gail) Truscott. He will be sadly missed by his nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Jim was a member and Past Master of Oxford Lodge No 76 of Woodstock and a Past District Deputy Grand Master of Wilson North District. He was also 32 nd degree Scottish Rite Mason and a Past Thrice Puissant Grand Master of the Woodstock Lodge of Perfection. A masonic service will be held at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock on Friday January 8, 2016 at 6:30 pm. Visitation will take place at the funeral home on Saturday January 9, 2016 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am, where the complete memorial service will take place in the chapel on Saturday at 11:00 am with Rev. Rob Luxton officiating. Cremation has taken place. Interment later in the Anglican Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions to the Lung Association would be appreciated.
