MAJOR, Jim "Maj" - At the Woodstock Hospital on Saturday February 15, 2013 in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Marjorie Major (nee Cole). Loving father of Don Major (Wendy), Laurie Allan (Yvon Gigault), Dan Major (Deana Bennett), Lee-Ann Butler (Kevin), Terry Larock, Lynn Smith (Ken) and Julie Seamone (John Stacey). Cherished grandfather of Tori (Jason), Tricia (Jarrett), Tracy (Steve), Sam (Tom), Quinn, Mira, Genny, Darcey, Larissa, Ashley (Tom), Charlene (Justin), Scott and great-grandfather of seven. Dear brother of Norma Collins, Lorraine Melton, Don Major (Karen) and Ann Todd (John), Louise Baer (Larry) and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his son-in-law Danny Allan, his sister Ruth Cunningham and brothers-in-law Bill Collins and Harold Melton. A private time of remembrance by the family will be held at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home (519-539-0004).
