Jacqueline Anna (Patterson) Schram

Schram, Jacqueline Anna- After a brief illness, passed away at Sakura House, Woodstock, on Sunday September 16th, 2018, in her 80th year. Loving wife of Gerry Schram for nearly 60 years. Dear mother of Bonnie (Robin) Hughes, John (Gisele) Schram, Sandra Schram and Michael (Kim) Schram. Cherished grandmother of Jessica (Chase), Matthew, Jerry, Patrick, Katelyne and Grace. Proud great grandmother of Savannah and Jackson. Beloved sister of Fred (Brenda) Patterson. Jacqueline will always be remembered by her many nieces, nephews and extended family members. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004), on Saturday September 22nd from 12-3.
