Jacob "Jack" Vant Voort

VANTVOORT, Jacob "Jack" - Passed away at Woodingford Lodge on Monday September 7, 2015 in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Johanna VantVoort (nee Romkes). Loving father of Dorothy VantVoort of Alberta and Tony VantVoort of Woodstock. Cherished grandfather of four and great-grandfather of six. Dear brother of Jeanette Liefting of the Netherlands. Jack is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother Everett VantVoort. Friends are invited to join the family for visitation on Monday September 14th, 2015 from 7-9pm at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock 519-539-0004.
