Jack Higgins Donmoyer

DONMOYER- At Woodstock General Hospital on Saturday March 20th, 2004, Jack Higgins Donmoyer of Sydenham St. in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of Mabel Donmoyer (nee Walkington). Loved father of Sharon Kruse of Woodstock, Edwin and his wife Marilyn of Woodstock, Bill and his wife Linda of Guelph, and Dean and his wife Wanda of Woodstock. Dear stepfather of Richard Smith of Brampton, Ben and his wife Moira of London, Mike and his wife Mary of Woodstock, Chris and his wife Jane of London, and Pat Miller and her husband Rob of Woodstock. Loved grandfather of eighteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother Robert and his sister Betty. Jack was one of the founding members of the Oxford County Naval Veterans Association and an avid gardener. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (539-0004) on Monday from 7-9pm where a memorial service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday at 11:00 am with Rev. David Joyce officiating.
